Our final home fixture of the 2022/23 season is upon us. Join us for one last time before we head off for the end-of-season break and prepare for next season

Looking to bounce back from Derby Day defeat on Easter Monday with a win against playoff chasing Newhaven. Jude Macdonald sends his squad out and onto The Saffrons turf for one final time this season against the league’s most prolific outfit. One hundred and twelve goals netted for the men from Fort Road, however, Town have had relatively good success in this fixture over the course of the season, winning 2-3 in the FA Vase back in September and then a hard fought 1-1 in the league a month later.

Miserable conditions, performance and result in the derby for Eastbourne Town.

Town can derail Newhaven’s push for second place and a spot in the playoffs with a win against the Dockers. Crawly Down are currently in the driving seat by two points and have a game in hand, so, anything less than a win for Newhaven would all but hand Crawley Down a place in the playoffs.

We will be hoping for a win to revive our push for a top four finish. Steyning Town are currently in command but face a tough fixture against Crawley Down.
