Giuseppe Lombardelli and Harry Pearson take the reins

Eastbourne Town FC is thrilled to announce the appointment of Giuseppe Lombardelli and Harry Pearson as the new management team for the Under-23 squad. The duo brings a wealth of passion and a shared vision for developing young talent, ensuring the club’s commitment to our proven player pathway.

Giuseppe Lombardelli and Harry Pearson, who both have extensive backgrounds in coaching and player development, expressed their enthusiasm about joining Eastbourne Town FC.

“We are really excited to be a part of this great club. We are looking forward to developing players the Eastbourne Town way and providing a clear path into the first team so when the players are presented with their opportunity, they are in the best position to take it,” they said in a joint statement.

Lombardelli has earned his stripes at different levels and clubs across East Sussex. Assistant Manager for Eastbourne Rangers Reserves, before moving on to Hastings United, where he served in multiple capacities including First Team Coach, Under-23s Coach, Under-19s Coach, Under-18s Coach, Under-16s Assistant Manager, and Under-14s Manager. His extensive experience at youth level and comprehensive understanding of player development make him an invaluable addition to Eastbourne Town FC.
