After 4 and a half seasons at the Saffrons, Town are saying goodbye to Claire Anderson.
Claire joined up with some familiar faces at Town when she returned from university where she had been playing for Westfield in the same league. Claire quickly earned a regular spot in the back-line and has become an integral part of the squad, going on to become vice-captain. Always solid and dependable with a calm presence when going about her business. Claire’s hard work and commitment were recognised on a wide scale 2 seasons ago when she earned a regular spot in the Sussex Rep side.
All of us at Eastbourne Town would like to wish Claire the very best with her move to Scotland and thank her for the time and dedication she has shown to the club.
