Eastbourne Town Football Club are currently seeking an experienced and passionate coach to manage our under-18s youth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of talented young players, helping them to reach their full potential and guide them towards U23s football.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a high-quality coaching program to support the growth and development of young players.
  • Plan and coordinate team training sessions, ensuring that all players receive the necessary instruction and support to improve their skills and abilities.
  • Monitor player progress and performance, providing feedback and guidance to support their development.
  • Manage match-day preparations and lead the team on match days, ensuring that players are well-prepared and focused.
  • Work closely with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development across the club.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience coaching youth players at the U18 level or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of player development and coaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for developing young players and supporting their growth.
