Job Opportunity: Coach/Matchday Assistant Wanted

Eastbourne Town FC’s Men’s First Team is looking to expand its backroom staff with the addition of a Coach/Matchday Assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a first team environment within a well-established football club. The successful candidate will support the management team on matchdays and be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Organising and preparing equipment

• Assisting with pre-match warm-ups

• Supporting the management team throughout the matchday

• Contributing to a positive and professional environment

This role would be ideal for a young coach looking to gain valuable experience at first team level. While coaching badges are not a requirement, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Please note: Candidates must be a qualified driver, as travel will be required for away fixtures.
