Ben Davis became manager of local side, Willingdon Athletic, in 2010 and where he spent the next 12 years. Departing in the summer of 2022 to join Jude Macdonald’s coaching team at Eastbourne Town.

Formerly a central defender, Jamie was a joint manager with Bexhill United before joining John Lambert at Sidley United as his assistant. Jamie followed John Lambert to Eastbourne Town in January 2014.
