This Saturday we’re back at home in the league with our first charity match of the season with Newhaven. Town will be looking for 3 points as we’ll be chasing Lancing for first place in the league.

We will be supporting the JPK Project, a local Eastbourne charity, and all admission money will go towards them. Entry to the ground will be by way of a donation into one of the collection buckets.

Welcome to The JPK Project. You can find us in the heart of Old Town, Eastbourne, where we’re developing a fabulous new centre to provide opportunities for people with learning disabilities.

The JPK Palm Court Tea Room is now open Mondays to Fridays from 10am – 4pm (kindly note – we are no longer open on Saturdays). And we are working towards offering work experience and training placements here for adults with learning disabilities in East Sussex.

It is a fabulous new community space and an important step towards our longer term plans to create a Supported Living Centre serving the Eastbourne and Wealden area.

Our Charity
The JPK Project is led by Jill Parker, MBE, Founder and Chair together with our Trustees. We also benefit from the valued patronage of Dame Jane Gow, DBE.

We have the support of several professional partners who are invaluable to the management and running of the JPK Project.

They include Andrew Devon of Salvia Fundraising, Derek Kemp of CPL Architects and John Males of Watson Associates. We also acknowledge the support of further organisations, including Camerons Chartered Surveyors and 3VA.

Of course, no charity exists without volunteers and the JPK Project receives incredible support. Many individuals have been integral to our efforts from day one and we are indebted to their service and involvement.
